Kona International Airport is the primary airport on the Island of Hawaii. It serves transpacific and interisland flights. Many major airlines have flights into Kona airport.

The Hilton Waikoloa Village is about a 30-minute drive from Kona airport. The average taxi-fare is $50 each way. There is also shuttle service and limited public transportation.
