Before your registration, please read the information below:

1. Participants should register individually.
   It is necessary to complete the registration for every participant who wants to attend the conference. ONLY on-line registration is available through the ICONE25 website, www.icone25.org. The registration request via email and fax will not be accepted.
   An advance registration is requested for participants who want to present their paper at the Conference. Please register and make relevant payment before May 1, 2017 (Beijing Time). On-site registration will be available at the registration desk during the Conference.
2. Registration Guidelines
   • ① Click the "Registration now" button below.
   • ② Create your e-mail ID and password. It is highly recommended to use the most frequently used e-mail address of yours as registered e-mail ID for the conference.
   • ③ Fill out the required personal information.
   • ④ Select the registration type according to your professional position.
   • ⑤ Click the"register"button at the bottom of the page.
   • ⑥ Receive the registration confirmation letter which will be automatically sent to your registered  e-mail ID.
   • ⑦ Input your registered e-mail ID & password.
   • ⑧ Then you'll see the"sign in"button, or you also can login on the left top of the website.
   • ⑨ Click the button "payment" on the left of the website to Select Payment Mode either"Foreign Currency Payment"or "CNY Payment" to pay the registration fee online.
   • ⑩ If you need to pay by"Wire Transfer"at bank, please click here to find CNS bank information.
3. A Preliminary Program will be available in the end of April, 2017, in which you may find detailed information about the conference

Note:

1. For any technical paper:
   At least one of the authors should pay full registration by May 1, 2017.
2. For full registered participant and student: 
   Full Registration Fee includes: CD copy of accepted papers, final Program Book, admission to welcome reception, plenary, all technical sessions, panel sessions, conference bag, lunch box, and coffee breaks.
3. One day registration Fee includes: CD copy of accepted papers, final Program Book, admission to the activities on that day (plenary, technical sessions and/or panel sessions), one day lunch box, coffee breaks, conference bag.
4. For Students, they MUST provide proof of full time status (copy of valid student ID card or letter from their institution or program director) by e-mail when submitting their registration and payment. Students refer to those undergraduate and graduate students, but not PHD student over the age of 35.
5. The above registration fee does not include banquet fee, which may be purchased online together with the registration fee.
6. For registered accompanying person: Accompanying Persons could buy tickets to join the Reception and Banquet; they may not access to any technical sessions and the congress bag will not be provided.
7. Confirmation: Your registration will be confirmed upon your online registration information and the related payment. Please present the confirmation letter at the Registration Desk.
