Program - Presentation Guidelines


General Guideline

Presenting authors, whose abstracts are accepted for podium or poster presentations, are expected to register. Authors who do not register will have their abstracts removed from the program.

Podium (or Technical) Presentation Guideline

Authors, who present their work at technical session, are expected to use their laptop for their presentation. Each session room will be equipped with a projector with VGA or HDMI cables and a laser pointer. Prior to the session begins, the authors are expected to report to their session chair and to check that their presentation is properly projected to the screen. 

Plenary talks are 40-minute presentations plus 10 minutes for Q&A (50 mins in total).

Keynote/Invited presentations should be 30-minute presentations plus 5 minutes for Q&A (35 mins in total).

Contributed presentations are 13-minute presentations plus 2 minutes for Q&A (15 mins in total).
Please ensure all presentations do not exceed these time limits.
